Returns and Exchanges

At THE HEIR COLLECTIVE, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, sage, beauty, wellness or wearable items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to THE HEIR COLLECTIVE within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly accept returns of unused products that are returned with the original packaging within 10 days of receipt of the order. Please contact to request a return.  Please do not ship product back to us without an approved RMA number, or we will not be able to accept your return.  Your original shipping cost will not be refunded, and we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.

If your return request is approved, you will be emailed a prepaid priority USPS return label.  Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days, and we will process a refund to your original method of payment.  You will receive email notification that your refund has been processed.
